Nylon is strong and flexible, but moisture intolerant and expensive; whereas, PETG is chemically resistant, easy to use and less expensive than Nylon, but low on durability. So, if wear and tear is necessary choose nylon, if chemical resistance or ease of use is necessary choose PETG. WebNylon filament absorbs a lot of moisture when left out in the open. Please bake the Nylon filament in the oven at 170°F for 3-6 hours just before printing to remove moisture. Net weight = 1 kg or 2.2 lbs.
