WebbI just checked, and there's definitely a handwashing sign in TS2. But now I'm trying to remember if I've seen one in TS4 and I'm not sure. It's possible that it exists as a recolour of a different sign. Some of the recolours are weird - like one of the rugs has a few swatches that are actually loose flower petals.
