WebI have an opportunity to pick up an Antonio Zoli Zouave .58 Blackpowder musket fairly cheap as my first black powder rifle. I believe it is a reproduction of a Remington contract gun that was purchased, but never actually saw service in the American Civil War. WebFeb 18, 2024 · It appears you have a Ranson Remington copy, a/k/a Zouave rifle. Ranson went out of business in 1979 or 1980, so it is an oldie. There were quite a few other Italian gunmakers like A.
