I'm guessing that one is on the dealer. Pre-oiled filters are fine, as long as the oil hasn't migrated to the bottom of the bag (out of the foam.) Anyone using a pre-oiled filter should squeeze the bag a few times to allow the oil to redistribute before opening the package.
