This will change bar 1 to the selected form bar. You might have a keybinding on the cat bar that are 'hidden' when the bear bar is shown. WebType /ec to get into Elvui config. Click "profiles" in the left hand column. Look at what the name of your current profile is. Remember it. Now create a new profile.
