WebThe entire room that cost £2000 to decorate has been ruined. The new window sill installed by first port can be removed by simply sliding off the wall. The leak has broken the electronic blinds, ruined the flooring and since contacting them I have had 0 responses. I’ve rung the property manager 7 times over the last two days. WebFirst Port is an IMPOSED and useless housing management company. In Harlow CM20 (100+ houses), they are imposing UNJUSTIFIED management fees, which do not represent value to the housing state. In 2.5 years, they have cut the grass three times, have not fixed the street lighting and took them 2 years to finish the children’s playground.
